Specification 23 01 00 General Mechanical Requirements, paragraph 1.08 B. Provide six (6) sets in D-ring hardcover binders with typewritten index and 20 percent expansion capacity, for Owner's Representative approval at least thirty (30) days prior to Substantial Completion; contents per 1.15 (contractor lists, nameplate and valve directories, equipment literature, system narratives, schematics, master maintenance schedule). Closeout.
