Specification 40 05 00 Basic Requirements for Process Mechanical, paragraph 1.16 C. 8-1/2 x 11 loose-leaf hard-cover tabbed manual (warranties, contractor and supplier contacts, system narratives, equipment tabs with reviewed submittals and parts lists, balance report, valve tag list, certificates of inspection); submit one copy to the Engineer for review, then three corrected copies to the General Contractor for the Owner. Closeout.
