Description
Specification 00 14 Supplementary Conditions of the Construction Contract, paragraph SC-6.03 C. Contractor shall submit to Owner evidence of All Risk Builder's Risk Insurance on a 100% completed value basis upon the entire Work, naming Owner, Contractor, and subcontractors as additional insureds, maintained until the Project is substantially complete and accepted by Owner.
