Description
Specification 00 13 Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract, paragraph Article 2.03 A.1. Within 10 days after the Effective Date of the Contract, submit to Engineer a preliminary Progress Schedule indicating times for starting and completing the stages of the Work including Milestones; reviewed at the schedules conference at least 10 days before the first Application for Payment (Article 2.05).
