Specification 00 2 Instructions to Bidders for Construction Contract, paragraph Article 19.01. Within 15 days after Notice of Award, Successful Bidder must execute and deliver the required number of counterparts of the Agreement (Notice of Award calls for two) and any bonds and insurance documentation required by the Contract Documents to Owner.
