Description
Specification 00 13 Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract, paragraph Article 15.06 A.2.e. The final Application for Payment must be accompanied by complete and legally effective releases or waivers of all Lien rights arising out of the Work; in lieu, and as approved by Owner, Contractor may furnish receipts or releases in full and a Contractor's affidavit, or a bond or other collateral where a Subcontractor or Supplier fails to furnish a release (Article 15.06 A.3).
