Specification 31 23 19 Dewatering, paragraph 1.04 A.1. Submit the Dewatering Work Plan within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed, prepared per the current ADEC Division of Water Quality BMP Plan Template; allow 14 calendar days for review, and no site work other than inspections and surveys until approved (3.02 A, C); keep an approved copy at the onsite office and update as conditions change (3.03 C).
