Description
Specification 00 13 Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract, paragraph Article 15.03 A. When Contractor considers the entire Work ready for its intended use, notify Owner and Engineer in writing that the Work is substantially complete, request a certificate of Substantial Completion, and at the same time submit an initial draft of punch list items to be completed or corrected before final payment. Closeout.
