Specification 26 29 13.03 Manual and Magnetic Motor Controllers, paragraph 3.04 B.4.c. After Substantial Completion but not more than 60 days after Final Acceptance perform infrared inspection of each controller's power connections; certified report identifies technician and equipment, discrepancies, temperature differences, probable cause, areas inspected, load conditions, photographs and thermograms, and recommended action.
