Submit to Engineer through the Owner's Project Manager at the earliest possible date but no later than seven days before the initial Application for Payment, in EJCDC C-620 format with at least one line item per Specification Section, separate stored-materials and purchase-contract lines, and closeout line items totaling five percent of the Contract Sum (1.04 B).
