Specification 26 24 16 Panelboards, paragraph 3.04 B.3. After Substantial Completion but not more than 60 days after Final Acceptance perform infrared scan of each panelboard; 3.04 D requires a certified report identifying panelboards and describing scanning results with comparison of two scans, deficiencies, remedial action, and post-remedy observations; provide device calibration record. Closeout.
