Specification 01 40 00 Quality Requirements, paragraph 1.06 A. Submit within 10 days of Notice to Proceed and not less than five days before the preconstruction conference, identifying QA/QC personnel, procedures, controls, tests, records and forms, the submittal review procedure, and a comprehensive schedule of Work requiring testing or inspection (1.05 A, 1.06 B, C, D).
