Specification 33 16 13 Potable Water Storage Tank, Bolted Steel Construction, paragraph 2.04 B.4. Submit to the Owner for approval the tank manufacturer's proposed painting schedule including spreading rate per coat, minimum DFT per coat, application temperature, curing time and temperature, humidity limits, and paint and thinner for the final coat; approved in writing by the Owner prior to application (overlaps 1.06 C).
