Description
Specification 23 11 13 Facility Fuel-Oil Piping, paragraph 1.03 F. 3.08 requires distribution piping tested at 1.5 times maximum working pressure (minimum 5 psig) for 30 minutes, suction piping at 20 in. Hg vacuum for 30 minutes, per NFPA 31 and AHJ, and preparation of test and inspection reports. During construction.
