Specification 00 13 Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract, paragraph Article 7.07 D. Prior to entry into any binding subcontract or purchase order, submit to Owner the identity of each proposed Subcontractor or Supplier not already accepted during bidding; deemed acceptable unless Owner objects within 5 days (a monthly complete list is also required by Article 7.07 H).
