Specification 00 13 Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract, paragraph Article 2.03 A.3. Within 10 days after the Effective Date of the Contract, submit to Engineer a preliminary Schedule of Values with quantities and prices that total the Contract Price, subdivided to serve as the basis for progress payments; no progress payment until acceptable schedules are submitted (Article 2.05 A).
